I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker but I no longer function in that capacity. Since I first got my real estate license in 2000 I have had a variety of real estate experiences which include property management of an exclusive gated community, being in the top 4% in residential sales for a well known national franchise real estate company, to owning my own private real estate office.

I am a graduate of the University of California at Davis. I continued to strive to broaden my knowledge base by taking classes in the real estate field. Through studies and performance I qualified for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Less than 2% of real estate agents have qualified for this designation. I am also certified as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and as an E-PRO.

I have very much enjoyed working in real estate as it seemed to be in my blood as my father was a broker.
